About Me

Hi, I’m Holly, a Registered Dietitian, foodie, mom, gardener, traveler, walker, baker, etc., etc.
In my practice, I help clients find flexibility with and joy in food while honoring their health, living in alignment with their values, and enjoying their fullest lives. Through a non-diet, weight-neutral approach, I guide individuals toward a nourished & balanced life, free from any hint of restriction or diet mentality. With expertise in eating disorders and disordered eating, sports nutrition, intuitive eating, women’s health (PCOS, pregnancy, post-partum, menopause, etc.), parent/child feeding, and navigating autoimmune conditions (i.e. celiac disease), I empower clients to build trusting and joyful relationships with food and their bodies.
